class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u662f\u8840\u7ba1\u7684\u5f02\u5e38\u72b6\u51b5\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u53ca\u65f6\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u6b8b\u75be\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7b49\u4e25\u91cd\u540e\u679c\u3002\u52a8\u8109\u786c\u5316\u7b49\u60c5\u51b5\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5728\u5faa\u73af\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u9020\u6210\u201c\u4ea4\u901a\u5835\u585e\u201d\uff0c\u963b\u788d\u8840\u6db2\u6d41\u5411\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u90e8\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u76ee\u6807\u5668\u5b98\u635f\u4f24\u548c\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u8870\u7aed\u3002\u5faa\u73af\u9759\u8109\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u74e3\u819c\u635f\u574f\u4e5f\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u8840\u6db2\u56de\u6d41\u5230\u817f\u90e8\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u8840\u6db2\u56de\u6d41\u5230\u5fc3\u810f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<li>\u25ba<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascularclinic.sg\/zh\/conditions-managed\/aortic-diseases\/\">Aortic aneurysm<\/a>:<\/strong> \u8fd9\u662f\u4f53\u5185\u6700\u5927\u7684\u52a8\u8109\uff08\u79f0\u4e3a\u4e3b\u52a8\u8109\uff09\u7684\u5f02\u5e38\u6269\u5f20\u3002\u5f53\u5b83\u6269\u5f20\u65f6\uff0c\u52a8\u8109\u58c1\u4f1a\u53d8\u5f97\u8106\u5f31\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u7834\u88c2\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u51fa\u8840\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u25ba<strong>\u9888\u52a8\u8109\u75be\u75c5\uff1a<\/strong> The carotid arteries are the main blood supply to the brain. When these vessels fur up and become narrowed, the blood flow from the heart becomes diminished and can cause a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascularclinic.sg\/zh\/conditions-managed\/cerebrovascular-disease\/\">stroke<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>\u25ba<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascularclinic.sg\/zh\/conditions-managed\/peripheral-artery-disease\/\">Peripheral artery disease<\/a>:<\/strong> This occurs when the arteries supplying blood to the legs and feet become blocked with fatty deposits from high cholesterol in the bloodstream. They are often seen in patients who have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascularclinic.sg\/zh\/conditions-managed\/diabetic-foot\/\">diabetes<\/a> and are smokers. The lack of blood supply to the legs can cause pain, especially upon walking (\u201cclaudication\u201d), and if severe, can cause gangrene and tissue loss resulting in major amputation\/death if left untreated.<\/li>\n<li>\u25ba<strong>\u9759\u8109\u75be\u75c5\uff1a<\/strong> This encompasses a large group of conditions including varicose veins (tortuous twisted veins on the surface of the leg), chronic venous insufficiency caused by a valvular failure in the leg veins, leading to a backlog of blood in the legs and resulting in limb swelling, skin irritation, and brown patchy staining, as well as discoloration and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascularclinic.sg\/zh\/chronic-wound-treatment-in-singapore-a-comprehensive-guide\/\">non-healing venous leg ulcers<\/a>. Deep vein thrombosis occurs when the deep or major veins in the legs become blocked with a clot. This can happen spontaneously or can be provoked such as when patients are severely dehydrated and have cancer. Passengers on long airplane flights are also at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascularclinic.sg\/zh\/conditions-managed\/deep-vein-thrombosis\/\">risk of deep vein thrombosis<\/a> as sitting still for long hours can lead to the development of blood clots.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u8840\u7ba1\u548c\u8840\u7ba1\u5185\u624b\u672f\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p>\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u5f71\u54cd\u4f53\u5185\u8840\u7ba1\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u8bca\u65ad\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u4f20\u7edf\u4e0a\uff0c\u8840\u7ba1\u624b\u672f\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u624b\u672f\u91cd\u5efa\u6216\u7ba1\u9053\u758f\u901a\u8840\u7ba1\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5835\u585e\u6216\u8584\u5f31\u90e8\u5206\u6765\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u624b\u672f\u7684\u53d1\u75c5\u7387\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u968f\u7740\u8840\u7ba1\u8bca\u65ad\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u6280\u672f\u7684\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u73b0\u5728\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u65e9\u671f\u9636\u6bb5\u8fdb\u884c\u8bca\u65ad\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u201c\u94a5\u5319\u5b54\u201d\u6216\u5fae\u521b\u8840\u7ba1\u5185\u5e72\u9884\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8840\u7ba1\u6210\u5f62\u672f\uff08\u901a\u8fc7\u5c0f\u52a8\u8109\u548c\u9759\u8109\u9488\u7a7f\u523a\u4f7f\u7528\u7535\u7ebf\u548c\u7ba1\u5b50\u8fdb\u884c\u7403\u56ca\u6269\u5f20\u548c\u652f\u67b6\u690d\u5165\u672f\uff09\u8179\u80a1\u6c9f\u548c\u624b\u81c2\uff09\u88ab\u8840\u7ba1\u5185\u5916\u79d1\u533b\u751f\u7528\u6765\u6253\u5f00\u963b\u585e\u6216\u72ed\u7a84\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97\u624b\u672f\u521b\u4f24\u66f4\u5c0f\u3001\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u4f7f\u60a3\u8005\u80fd\u591f\u66f4\u5feb\u5eb7\u590d\u5e76\u66f4\u65e9\u56de\u5bb6\u3002\u8fd9\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u7406\u89e3\u7684\u5fc3\u810f\u75c5\u4e13\u5bb6\u5728\u5fc3\u810f\u5c0f\u8840\u7ba1\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u6c14\u7403\u6269\u5f20\u548c\u652f\u67b6\u7f6e\u5165\u672f\u3002 \u201c\u6df7\u5408\u201d\u624b\u672f\u662f\u5c06\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u548c\u9501\u5b54\u5f0f\u65b9\u6cd5\u7ed3\u5408\u8d77\u6765\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u6700\u4f73\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8840\u7ba1\u5916\u79d1\u533b\u751f\u6240\u505a\u7684\u8fdc\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u624b\u672f\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u73b0\u4ee3\u8840\u7ba1\u5916\u79d1\u533b\u751f\u4f7f\u7528\u5404\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u8bca\u65ad\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u5f71\u54cd\u4f53\u5185\u51e0\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u52a8\u8109\u3001\u9759\u8109\u548c\u6dcb\u5df4\u7ba1\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u836f\u7269\u6cbb\u7597\u3001\u5f00\u653e\u548c\u8840\u7ba1\u5185\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u89c2\u5bdf\u7b49\u5f85\u7684\u4fdd\u5b88\u9009\u62e9\uff01\u8840\u7ba1\u548c\u8840\u7ba1\u5185\u5916\u79d1\u533b\u751f\u786e\u4fdd\u60a3\u6709\u8840\u7ba1\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4e86\u89e3\u5e76\u7406\u89e3\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6240\u6709\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u7b80\u800c\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u8840\u7ba1\u5916\u79d1\u533b\u751f\u53ef\u4ee5\u505a\u624b\u672f\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed6\u4eec\u770b\u5230\u5e76\u6cbb\u7597\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u624b\u672f\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u8840\u7ba1\u95ee\u9898\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u836f\u7269\u6216\u8fd0\u52a8\u6765\u6cbb\u7597\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u60a8\u4ec0\u4e48\u65f6\u5019\u9700\u8981\u53bb\u770b\u8840\u7ba1\/\u8840\u7ba1\u5185\u5916\u79d1\u533b\u751f\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u51b5\u9700\u8981\u60a8\u5bfb\u6c42\u8840\u7ba1\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u610f\u89c1\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u4e3b\u52a8\u8109\u7624\u5f71\u54cd\u80f8\u90e8\u3001\u8179\u90e8\u6216\u9aa8\u76c6<\/li>\n<li>\u9888\u52a8\u8109\u75be\u75c5\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e2d\u98ce<\/li>\n<li>\u8fd0\u52a8\u6216\u884c\u8d70\u65f6\u5c0f\u817f\u6216\u5927\u817f\u75bc\u75db\uff08\u95f4\u6b47\u6027\u8ddb\u884c\uff09<\/li>\n<li>\u4f11\u606f\u75bc\u75db\u548c\u811a\u51b7\u8ba9\u60a8\u5f7b\u591c\u96be\u7720<\/li>\n<li>\u811a\u4e0a\u7684\u4f24\u53e3\u65e0\u6cd5\u6108\u5408\uff08\u8d85\u8fc7
