The Vascular and Endovascular Clinic is proud to announce that we have become a certified centre for the use of the Candela Vbeam and QS Laser technologies for the treatment of spider veins<\/a> and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. We are the only vascular centre in Singapore who truly offer a complete solution to a patient\u2019s veins problem from the medical aspect of dealing with their underlying truncal reflux with the newest ablative devices such as with microwave technology to the cosmetic concerns of spider and thread veins. The Vbeam offers a superior result to spider veins removal compared to injection sclerotherapy and does not need local anaesthetic and no needles are involved!<\/p>
