The dilatation frequently occurs in the abdomen below the kidney arteries. This is known as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascularclinic.sg\/vi\/conditions-managed\/aortic-diseases\/\">Infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm<\/a>. Tuy nhi\u00ean, l\u1ee3i th\u1ebf v\u1ec1 l\u00e2u d\u00e0i, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c b\u00f9 \u0111\u1eafp b\u1edfi s\u1ef1 di chuy\u1ec3n v\u00e0 r\u00f2 r\u1ec9 stent (r\u00f2 r\u1ec9 n\u1ed9i m\u1ea1ch) \u1edf m\u1ed9t ph\u1ea7n r\u1ea5t nh\u1ecf b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n (1 \u0111\u1ebfn 5%).<\/p>\n<p>Nh\u1eefng b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n c\u00f3 t\u00fai ph\u00ecnh nh\u1ecf h\u01a1n 5,5 cm th\u01b0\u1eddng kh\u00f4ng c\u1ea7n ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt v\u00e0 n\u00ean \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c theo d\u00f5i b\u1eb1ng si\u00eau \u00e2m \u0111\u1ecbnh k\u1ef3 cho \u0111\u1ebfn khi \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng k\u00ednh 5,5 cm.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0110i\u1ec1u g\u00ec x\u1ea3y ra n\u1ebfu t\u00f4i kh\u00f4ng \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ch\u1ee9ng ph\u00ecnh \u0111\u1ed9ng m\u1ea1ch ch\u1ee7?<\/h3>\n<p>When aneurysm is small, normally less than 1% chance that it will burst. However, once it reaches 5.5cm diameter, the risk of bursting will increase exponentially. For example, a 6 cm aneurysm will have a 10% risk of bursting per year whereas an 8 cm aneurysm will have 40% risk of bursting.<\/p>\n<p>When the aneurysm burst, majority of people (over 95%) will not make it to the hospital and will die at home. However, if they make it to the emergency department, 50% may not make it after surgery. There is a significant difference in contrast if the surgery is done before rupture and the risk can be as low as 1%.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph
